· Exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of receiving your order
· Must be unworn and in original packaging
· Refunds only if item is deemed faulty

· Final sale (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)
Returns Shipping
· Domestic: $15 AUD processing fee deducted from refund/credit note
· International: Customer responsible for return shipping
· All returns must be tracked; SOVRAN is not liable for lost parcels
Faulty Items
If an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund. Return postage for confirmed faulty items will be covered by SOVRAN.
How to Return
· Domestic: Contact us with order number and email used at purchase; prepaid label provided for faulty items
· International: Contact us with order number and email; return shipping at customer’s cost unless item is faulty
