Domestic Orders – Australia

·         Orders under $1000 AUD: Express shipping flat fee of $10 AUD

·         Orders $1000 AUD and above: Complimentary express shipping

·         Delivery times (ready-to-ship): Metro 1–3 business days, Regional 2–5 business days

·         Delivery times (made-to-order): 4–8 weeks

·         Signature required on delivery (authority to leave available at checkout)

Dispatch

·         Orders ship from our Melbourne studio

·         Orders placed Mon–Fri: processed within 24 hours

·         Orders placed on weekends/public holidays: processed next business day

New Zealand Orders

·         Orders under $1000 AUD: Flat rate $30 AUD

·         Orders $1000 AUD and above: Complimentary delivery

International Orders

·         Orders under $1500 AUD: Flat rate $50 AUD

·         Orders $1500 AUD and above: Complimentary delivery

·         Priority Service: $100 AUD

Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or customs fees, determined by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer. DHL will contact you if payment is required to release your parcel.

·         Exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of receiving your order

·         Must be unworn and in original packaging

·         Refunds only if item is deemed faulty

·         Final sale (non-returnable unless faulty)

·         Final sale (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)

Returns Shipping

·         Domestic: $15 AUD processing fee deducted from refund/credit note

·         International: Customer responsible for return shipping

·         All returns must be tracked; SOVRAN is not liable for lost parcels

Faulty Items
If an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund. Return postage for confirmed faulty items will be covered by SOVRAN.

How to Return

·         Domestic: Contact us with order number and email used at purchase; prepaid label provided for faulty items

International: Contact us with order number and email; return shipping at customer’s cost unless item is faulty
